Pilates can improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and coordination. It can also help reduce stress and tension, alleviate back pain, and improve overall body awareness.
The class will run for approximately 55 minutes. Each class consists of warm-up exercises, the main class and then finishes with a cool down / stretches.
The classes are held in the Starling Room at the Binfield Community Centre, Wood Lane, Binfield, Bracknell, RG42 4FS.
6-week course is £57 and is payable in advance.
Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. We exercise barefoot or use non-slip socks in the studio.
Please bring along an exercise mat, a small towel and a water bottle. All other equipment is provided.
Small classes led by an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist ensuring individual attention to detail.
