Live Well Pilates is taught by a Chartered physiotherapist with specialist Pilates training. The classes are taught using Evidenced-based Pilates exercises, which are based on the original 34 classical exercises, and have been modified by physiotherapists to make them safe and suitable for a wider range of the population, including those with back and neck pain or may be recovering from injury. Pilates is suitable for those requiring injury rehabilitation or simply to improve health, fitness, and wellbeing.
Hi, I’m Sarah. I’ve been a physiotherapist for over 20 years and I’ve been teaching Pilates classes for the past 15 years. I love teaching Pilates and I’m passionate about helping others to achieve their goals and enhance their wellbeing. Pilates helps me to maintain my own fitness, strength and wellbeing and I enjoy witnessing the benefits it brings to those attending my classes. I have experience in teaching people with a wide range of abilities and health conditions and I’ve completed specialist training to teach antenatal and post-natal classes.
